Location: Des Moines & surrounding metro areas
Pay: $15/hour (on-call department)
Growth Opportunities: $16–$20/hour (long-term placements)

Position Overview
As an on-call caregiver, you may work with:
- Children and families needing backup or short-term childcare
- Adults or seniors needing companion care, supervision, and daily support
Assignments vary based on family or client needs and may include daytime, evening, or weekend opportunities.
Pay & Advancement
- $15/hour for on-call caregiving assignments
- Opportunity to transition into long-term placements
- Placement roles offer higher pay ranging from $16–$19/hour, depending on experience, availability, and role type
Childcare Support May Include:
- Providing safe, attentive care for children of various ages
- Engaging children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Assisting with meals, naps, and routines
- Light cleanup related to care activities
Companion Care May Include:
- Providing companionship and social engagement
- Assisting with daily routines and supervision

Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, childcare, or companion care (professional or personal)
